How do I find my Library barcode and/or PIN?

Your Library barcode and PIN are the details you need to log into your account on the Library catalogue.
Your Library PIN:
- Birkbeck students should use the last four numbers of their student number (8 digit number found above the barcode on your ID card).
- Birkbeck staff should use 2012
- Everyone else (alumni; SCONUL Access users and members of other universities) should use 4321
Your Library barcode number is printed on your Birkbeck ID card, below the barcode. It is a 10 digit number.
For students it is 020XXXXXXX
For staff it is 030XXXXXXX
For visitors it is 060XXXXXXX
