How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

Birkbeck staff and students should connect to the eduroam network in the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
Enter your Birkbeck username in this format: <Birkbeck username>@bbk.ac.uk, e.g. ubzzi23@bbk.ac.uk, and your usual Birkbeck password. Click Join/Connect.
To make your connection secure and if you cannot connect, download the installer for your device from the Birkbeck website or the eduroam website or use the app (especially Android users), geteduroam.
If you need help, ask a member of Library staff, or contact IT Services. The IT Services help desk is on the first floor of the Library.
Visitors to Birkbeck from other eduroam institutions should be automatically connected to the network if they have a configured device. Visitors who are not from an eduroam institution should use the BBK-Guest network and ask a member of Library staff about connecting.
