How does the Click and Post service work?

Birkbeck students and staff can request up to 5 items at a time. You need to complete an online form with details of your student/ staff card, your postal address, and details of the books. If a book is available electronically, we will not post it to you as our resources are limited. If you need more than five books, you can place further requests. We will process requests in the order we receive them within two working days. They will be sent to you via Parcelforce. If you haven’t received the items sent to you after 7 days, please contact libraryusersupport@bbk.ac.uk
